2. Online Doctor Consultations

Our platform facilitates tele-health services between patients and licensed healthcare providers.

Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical information
• Understand that physical examination is limited
• Use emergency services for urgent medical situations

Appointment Policy

• Cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment
• No-shows may forfeit consultation fees
• Doctors retain independent clinical judgment

3. Pharmacy and E-Commerce

Medicines are dispensed only against valid prescriptions as per regulations.

Returns and Refunds

• Opened medicines are non-returnable
• Unopened items may be returned within 7 days
• Refunds processed within 10–14 business days

4. Prescription Reordering

Prescription refills are allowed only within the validity period approved by the doctor.

• Payment is required before service or delivery
